Welcome.
Hey Queen,I’m so glad you're here.
Make yourself at home.
I’m Briana Boni but you can call me “Bri”.
If you've found your way to this space, perhaps you're longing for a moment to slow down. To breathe a little deeper. To reconnect with yourself beneath the noise of everyday life.
Then trust, in this moment, you’re exactly where you’re meant to be.
Here, yoga is more than movement. It's an invitation to remember the wisdom your body has held all along.
My Story.
My yoga journey began in 2016 during a season of deep transition. I was learning how to navigate a new chapter of life while feeling disconnected from myself in ways I didn't always have words for. I stepped onto a yoga mat looking for movement and found something much more meaningful, a place to listen.
Over time, the practice became less about what my body could do and more about how I felt while I was doing it. I began noticing the difference between pushing through and honoring what I actually needed. I learned that stillness could be productive, that rest didn't need to be earned, and that coming back to yourself can happen in very small moments.
Yoga has continued to meet me through various seasons of change: through grief, motherhood, postpartum life, uncertainty, and all the ordinary transitions that come with being human. It has given me a practice I can return to when life feels loud.
That is the experience I want to share with other women, not another place to become someone else, but a space to remember who you already are.
Why I Teach.
I teach because I know what it feels like to spend years being the person who holds everything together and then realize somewhere along the way that you've stopped checking in with yourself. I know what it's like for your body to change, for life to change, and for the version of wellness you see around you to not always feel like it was created with you in mind.
As a Black woman, mother, military spouse, and lifelong student of growth, I've moved through many seasons of learning how to care for myself while caring for everyone else. Those experiences shape the spaces I create today. I want the women who practice with me to feel welcome before they ever roll out their mat. I want you to know you don't have to be flexible, experienced, peaceful, or particularly good at yoga to belong here.
You can arrive tired, distracted, and unsure of what you need. We'll start there.
Because sometimes coming home to yourself doesn't begin with knowing the way. Sometimes it begins with simply having somewhere to pause and exhale.
My Approach.
My professional background includes 200-hour yoga teacher training with Mel Marie Yoga, Life Coach Training through Coach Training Alliance, and trauma-informed training through the Center for Mind-Body Medicine. I continue to deepen my studies in yoga, breathwork, nervous system regulation, and somatic practices.
On the mat.
My classes are an invitation to notice.
How does this feel today? Where are you holding tension? What changes when you soften your jaw? What happens when you give yourself permission to choose a different variation or choose rest altogether?
Making yoga accessible to all bodies looks like offering options, modifications, props, pauses, and plenty of permission to make the practice your own. You might discover that today's practice looks completely different from yesterday's, and that’s okay. This space is for you to listen inward and find inner peace and harmony as you connect with your body without the pressure of making a shape look a certain way.
Off the mat.
When I’m not on the mat, I'm probably somewhere between a well floured apron, a good book, a garden session, a cup of tea, a playlist I can't stop playing, and whatever home project I've convinced myself we absolutely need to start.
I'm happiest creating spaces that feel lived-in and welcoming, spending time with my family, traveling somewhere new, and finding the little things that make an ordinary day feel special.
Ready to Practice?
Come home to yourself.
You landing here today was no happy accident.
If you’ve been longing for permission to move gently, breathe deeply, reflect honestly, and remember yourself…
I'd be honored to practice with you.
